Curable is an online program and app designed to help people with persistent pain reduce their symptoms and calm their nervous system. It utilises audio lessons and a wide range of evidence based techniques for reducing symptoms such as somatic tracking, cognitive behavioural therapy and meditations
This Way Up has a variety of online courses covering a range of mental health conditions and also chronic pain. There are several free courses on wellbeing, if you would like to access other courses which have a fee, you can ask your GP to refer you for free access.
